Where? Action #2

The performance Where? Action nº2 provokes, in poetic form, reflections on our recent past and the still-open wounds suffered during the military dictatorship. The action joins in with the movement of thousands of Brazilians to demand that the Federal Government continue to investigate the fate of victims disappeared during the military regime.

Biography

Tribo de Atuadores Ói Nóis Aqui Traveiz is a theater group founded in 1978 out of a desire for the radical renewal of theater language. Their three main areas of work are: Street Theater, born out of political protests; Experience Theater, in the sense of a shared experience; and artistic pedagogical work. They have opened a new space for theater research, the Terreira da Tribo, that works as a Popular Theater School.
