Bountiful is the third part of the Black Dirt Cycle, a series of locally-rooted plays about soil, immigration, and time, created in partnership with farm workers, farmers, and artists of New York’s Black Dirt Region. Originally designed to tour farmers markets, it has been seen throughout the U.S. and in San Francisco Tetlanohcan, Mexico.

Will MacAdams is a community-based director and playwright who has worked in South Africa, Indonesia, and in cities and farming communities across the U.S. His work has been shaped by dancers, activists, young people, actors, future police officers, farm workers, theater artists, and many others.
