Registration Fees
Once applications have been accepted, the deadline for registration and payment will be May 22, 2009. Each participant will pay a non-refundable registration fee. We make every effort to keep costs low for participants. The ticket price for all Encuentro performances and workshops is included in the registration fee.
$150 USD Professors/Professionals based in Latin America.
$100 USD Students currently enrolled in a university, and independent artists, in Latin America.
$350 USD Professors/Professionals based in US/Canada/Europe.
$300 USD Students currently enrolled in a university, and independent artists, in US/Canada/Europe.’
Due to the Institute's limited resources we will be unable to grant financial aid, so participants are strongly encouraged to seek and secure funding from their institutions or other outside sources.
The official Encuentro Call for performances, papers, presentations, installations, art and activist projects, as well as ideas for work group topics, will be sent out to everyone and posted on our site in October. We hope you can join us!
